Marty Jacobson

Marty Jacobson, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a consultant with META Associates. He specializes in program evaluation for educational initiatives spanning preschool through post-secondary education, including Title I-C State and Consortium Incentive Grants, National Science Foundation grants, and High School Equivalency Program grants.
